Each path has its own intake. Tell us which one you are coming from and we will route you to the right person.

Primary path

Caregivers

You walk into someone’s home and become part of their daily life. Cleaneet trains you, supervises you, and pays you on time. We are not a marketplace dumping you with a client; we are a real operation with a back office that has your back.

You bring

  • Experience in personal care, companionship, or domiciliary support
  • Patience, presence, and respect for elderly clients
  • Willingness to work to a written care plan
  • Right-to-work documentation

Field leadership

Care supervisors

You run the on-the-ground operation in a city. You assess clients, build care plans, brief caregivers, review daily logs, and escalate when things slip. You are the human accountability layer between the family and the caregiver.

You bring

  • Clinical background (nursing, midwifery, social work, allied health)
  • Comfort with structured documentation and review
  • Calm under pressure, sharp on judgement calls
  • Based in or willing to relocate to a Cleaneet city

Build the platform

Engineering, product, design, ops

TypeScript across the stack, Next.js + Node, Postgres + Prisma, AWS. We ship product that visibly changes how families experience care. Small team, strong opinions, real customers from day one.

We're looking for

  • Senior fullstack engineers (TypeScript / Next.js / Postgres)
  • Product designer with serious systems thinking
  • Ops leads for new city launches
  • Founding contributors across the stack

    Predictable pay cycles. No chasing. Direct caregiver payments outside Cleaneet are not allowed, by policy, so the family-caregiver money flow stays clean and traceable.

  • Training that respects you

    We train caregivers in our way of working, then keep training as standards evolve. Supervisors get continuing-education time. Engineers get budget for the tools they actually need.

  • A real welfare standard

    Set shift hours with required rest. Live-in shifts come with safe sleeping arrangements, written into the agreement. Harassment is grounds for shift withdrawal and contract termination, on the family side.

  • A mission you can explain

    Cleaneet exists so African families have a serious non-medical option for the people they love. Every role connects to that, directly. No theatre.
