Cleaneet delivers non-medical home care: personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, household help, and medication reminders. Medication support is reminders only; clinical tasks stay with licensed health professionals. We coordinate doctors, clinicians, and other healthcare services into the loop so the care around your loved one is connected, not fragmented.
Every caregiver goes through identity verification, address verification, reference checks, and training before they start. We re-verify every six months using a third-party provider. Each caregiver works under the supervision of a care supervisor who reviews every shift.
Today: Nigeria, in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. We are expanding across Africa city by city. If your family lives elsewhere, join the waitlist; your interest tells us which country and city to launch in next.
Pay from anywhere with major cards. We settle locally in Naira (and in other African currencies as we expand). Pricing is transparent: see our packages page, or submit a no-commitment care request for a tailored quote.
Caregivers file structured incident reports immediately, the care supervisor reviews them, and you and the doctor or clinician of your choice are notified within hours, never days. For genuine emergencies the caregiver also contacts local emergency services and we follow the agreed escalation plan.
Every shift produces a structured daily report covering meals, mobility, mood, sleep, medication reminders, and observations. You receive it on WhatsApp, email, SMS, or the Cleaneet app, whichever you prefer. The doctor or clinician of your choice receives curated clinical updates separately.
