How is my final price decided?
The rates shown are starting points. After the home assessment, your supervisor confirms the package and the final price based on hours, complexity, and location. Nothing is locked in before you have seen and agreed it.
Can I change package later?
Yes. Your package is reviewed as needs change, and you can move up or down a tier at a review point. The new scope and price are agreed in writing before anything changes.
Is the assessment fee really refundable?
Yes. The NGN 5,000 assessment fee is refundable when you confirm and pay for a service package. It only covers the supervisor visit and written care plan if you decide not to proceed.
How do payments work if I am paying from abroad?
Plans are prepaid in Naira and you can pay from anywhere with major cards. Direct payments to caregivers are not permitted; everything runs through Cleaneet so it stays recorded and accountable.
What is not covered by the package price?
Public-holiday and emergency call-in surcharges may apply, and unused prepaid days are not refundable or rolled over. Your supervisor flags any surcharge before it happens, never after.
