Who we serve

From a flat in London to a home in Lagos.

Most Cleaneet families are arranging care for a parent in Nigeria from somewhere else in the world. Some are right next door. The operation behind the caregiver is the same.

Two paths in

Same care plan. Same supervisor accountability. Different starting point.

Diaspora families

Arranging from London, New York, Toronto.

You are in another country and timezone. We do the in-person assessment, run the shifts, write the daily reports, and route incidents to you in your inbox or on WhatsApp. Payments from your card in your currency, settled in Naira at home.

  • Assessment visit you do not need to attend
  • Reports timed for your timezone
  • Cards and bank transfers across borders
  • Named supervisor on the ground

Local relatives

Arranging from across town.

You live in the same city but you cannot be there every day. You want a serious operation behind the caregiver so you do not end up running a small care company on the side. Same daily reports, plus the option of in-person supervisor reviews when you want them.

  • In-person supervisor reviews on request
  • Local NGN payments and receipts
  • Same daily reporting cadence
  • WhatsApp / SMS / email, your choice

Common situations

The four moments we see most often.

Each one starts the same way: a documented assessment, then a written care plan, then a trained caregiver supervised by a real person.

Elderly parent at home

A parent in their 70s or 80s, still independent in spirit but no longer safe alone all day. Companionship, mobility help, meals, medication reminders, and a steady human presence.

Post-hospital recovery

Someone home after a hospital stay. We cover the non-medical side of recovery, so the household can focus on getting better instead of running a small care operation themselves.

Living with a chronic condition

Adults living with dementia, stroke recovery, or another chronic condition. Structured non-medical care with the doctor of your choice kept in the loop.

New parents

When Cleaneet is not the right fit

We will say so, fast.

Cleaneet is non-medical home support. We do not provide nursing, prescribing, medication administration, injections, IV, oxygen, wound dressing, catheter changes, unsafe lifting, restraint, diagnosis, or clinical decision-making. Medication support is reminders only.

If a situation needs clinical care we cannot provide, we say so at assessment and point you toward the right kind of service. Honesty up front beats disappointment later.

Not sure if we are the right fit?

Start a request. The assessment is the answer.

The 5-minute request kicks off a real conversation. The home assessment determines whether the situation fits our non-medical scope. Either way you get a clear answer fast.
