What Cleaneet does, and does not, do
A plain-language summary of how we work: service scope, payment, caregiver welfare, and how to raise a complaint. The full service agreement is shared at sign-up.

Summary, not the full agreement
Non-medical service boundary
Cleaneet provides non-medical home support: personal care, companionship, observation, and practical daily routines under supervisor oversight.
Out of scope: nursing, prescribing, medication administration, injections, IV, oxygen, wound dressing, catheter changes, unsafe lifting, restraint, diagnosis, and clinical decision-making. Medication support is reminders only.
We are not an emergency service. In any life-threatening situation, call local emergency services first.
Assessment first
Every service starts with a documented assessment and a written care plan. Activation is subject to suitability and risk review. We reserve the right to decline cases that fall outside our non-medical scope.
Care plans are reviewed on a regular cadence and updated whenever the client’s situation changes materially.
Payment & cancellations
Plans are prepaid in NGN. A one-time assessment fee applies before service starts.
Unused days within a package are not refundable or rolled over. Direct caregiver payments are not permitted; all payments flow through Cleaneet so they are traceable.
Public-holiday cover and emergency call-in shifts may attract a surcharge. Surcharges are disclosed in advance and recorded on your statement.
Cancellations and refunds follow the package-specific terms shared with you at sign-up.
Caregiver welfare
Cleaneet caregivers work within set shift hours with required rest periods. Families provide a safe, respectful working environment, with appropriate sleeping arrangements for live-in shifts, adequate breaks, and freedom from harassment.
Breach of caregiver welfare standards is grounds for shift withdrawal and contract termination.
Complaints & escalation
For any concern, email info@cleaneet.ng. Every complaint is logged, acknowledged within one business day, and reviewed for systemic issues.
Serious safeguarding concerns are escalated to a supervisor immediately, regardless of when they are reported.
Governing law
Nigerian law governs the service agreement. The full agreement (executed at sign-up) contains the binding terms; this page is a plain-language summary.
Final clauses are subject to legal review.
