How we handle your information

Cleaneet collects only what we need to assess and deliver non-medical home support. We treat health context, mobility, medication routines, and family contact details as sensitive personal data.

What we collect

Contact details for the family representative and the person who will receive care (name, age band, address, phone, email).

Care-request information: support needs, mobility, household context, current medications (for reminders only), known risks, and consent records.

Operational data generated during service: caregiver shift logs, incident reports, supervisor reviews, payment and refund records.

Limited technical data when you visit the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device type. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To assess suitability, build a care plan, deliver the agreed non-medical service, and maintain a structured audit trail of what happened in the home.

To contact you about your engagement: scheduling, updates, incident reports, billing questions.

To meet legal and regulatory obligations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable.

Who we share with

Assigned caregivers and their supervisor, strictly to deliver the service. Operations staff who handle scheduling, billing, and complaints.

Our cloud and notification providers under data processing agreements (hosting, transactional email, SMS, WhatsApp messaging).

Regulators or law enforcement only when legally required. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

How we protect it

Encryption in transit, encrypted storage, role-based access in the admin portal, time-bound caregiver access to records, and audit logs for sensitive actions.

Records are retained only for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted on a schedule.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion (where legally permitted), restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent.

To exercise any of these, email info@cleaneet.ng. We respond within one business day and resolve within statutory timelines.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or the relevant supervisory authority where you live.
