Frequently asked questions

Specialised support: your questions answered.

The questions families ask most about specialised support.

Are caregivers trained for dementia or stroke recovery?

We match a caregiver to the condition and brief them on your relative’s specific plan. They follow structured routines that reduce confusion and keep a behavioural observation log for you.

Do you make decisions about the condition itself?

No. We deliver non-medical care and work alongside the doctor or specialist of your choice, who remains the clinical decision-maker. We simply keep them in the loop with what we observe.

How do you handle difficult days or agitation?

Through a calm, agreed routine and an escalation pathway set with your clinician. We never use restraint of any kind; we de-escalate and notify the family and supervisor promptly.

How is medication handled?

Reminders only, against the schedule your clinician set. Caregivers never administer or adjust medication; that stays with your medical team.

Non-medical scope

Cleaneet caregivers do not provide nursing, prescribing, injections, IV, oxygen, wound dressing, catheter changes, restraint, diagnosis, or clinical decision-making. Medication is reminders only.
